Simple Circuit
This tile displays a simple paper circuit with a button.

This tile uses copper tape, an LED, a button, and a 3V battery to make a simple circuit. It demonstrates the use of LEDs and how a button can turn off and on power to the LED. The LEDs have a positive and a negative side. These must be appropriately connected to the positive and negative side of the 3V battery in order to complete the circuit. The button will help make the circuit.
Materials Needed to Make:
- Copper tape
 - LED
 - 3V battery
 - Paper clip
 - button

Construction Process:
- Run two strands of copper tape. One will be placed on the top of the battery by bending the paper over. The other strand will be touching the bottom of the battery.
 - Connect one end of the copper tape to the button, see design file.
 - Connect the other side of the copper tape to the right side of the LED.
 - Now connect the opposite side of the button to the negative side of the LED, see design file.
 - Place your battery and you have made your circuit.
 - Try switching the sides of the battery to see how the circuit is being complete.
